      image The service took more than two weeks for a small job. Within that timeframe, I received a call stating my car was ready, only to be informed that they needed another day. The worst part, the store manager was rude.

      George, Unfortunately when we ordered the parts from Mercedes we didn't expect a delay in getting us the correct bracket for your vehicle. We also didn't expect to run into an issue with the previous body and paint work that was done on your vehicle, which we took care of and corrected at no charge to you. I apologize it took an extra day, but I hope you're happy with the work!

      Tony, I apologize that you aren't satisfied with the work. We thought your car turned out great. When we discussed installing you a new driver fender that's exactly what we did. Unfortunately that doesn't entail repainting your entire vehicle. If something wasn't right about the work contracted we will happily take care of that.
