We called Precision Door because our door would no longer open with the remote. We tried to DIY by replacing the batteries in the remote, that didn't work. The tech Armando arrived in minutes. We can't say enough about Armando, he was Thoughtful as well as knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was, our emergency handle was not engaged after we were opening it manually, he continued to inspect if their were other issues. Since we have never had it serviced he recommended it, so we did he also replaced the rubber guard on bottom which was in tatters. He made sure everything was working properly. We will be happy to recommend Precision Door to friends and family.

Our garage door broke on a Sunday afternoon (of course). We couldn’t even move the cars out b/c the spring broke and then the motor also broke. Precision was open and a real person spoke to me and was able to make an appointment for Monday morning. Yeah! Garrett was knowledgeable and polite. Did a great job and we had a new door by the early afternoon.

When I made the call to Precision I did not expect to get same day service and a reasonable time slot. Service was great and I didn't have to give my first born away to pay for it. Thank you!
