Ms DUNN Amazing!!
Stop 9:00am to get Krystal Burgers!
It was breakfast time, Ms Dunn, fix my crystal burgers with a smile on her face. I had to wait for them to be cooked. Miss dad offered me a Coke while I was waiting. Good old-fashioned amazing service.
Ms Dunn! Knows Customer Service!!!

I should have taken a picture of the #1. Ok, it was right about 10 p.m., so maybe they were closing. I gave three stars because the customer service at the window was good. Apparently they were only able to accommodate Krystals and fries given the two-person staff. I might as well had burned my money. The burgers were so dried up that they didn't even cover the bun. Unbelievable!

Rude employees. Lady in black shirt didnt get our order right while she was helping the window and taking our order in the drive thru. When I took the order back inside and asked NICELY for her to put chili and cheese on the 5 pups, she caught a whole un-needed attitude.

Because I'm lactose, I always order the regular Krystal burgers without pickles. On this visit, I also requested no onions. Once I got my food, I checked it out to ensure that it was right... There was cheese, onions, and pickles on the burgers. The service was already slow, and after I told them about the order being wrong, it took even longer to get it back. There was tension among the staff, and there was no sense of urgency for the customers. There's only a couple of Krystals in my area, so this experience has given me some concerns about my continued patronage of this company.
