      image Had made a reservation for a minivan weeks prior. I talked to one of the people prior to pickup and they said if there were any issues they would let me know a couple of days prior. lol and behold, when I show up there is no minivan. Very poor customer service and communication. Will not be renting from them again

      image Ive gone here before and had great experiences, this one wasnt so good and I cancelled my reservation due to poor customer service. Cameron was very uninterested in my situation and wasnt trying to help at all, needs to have a lesson or two on how to treat customers.
