10/10 would not recommend this agency. I worked with them for approximately 9 months and from the beginning it was a horrible experience. During my first month with them, payroll forgot to submit my paperwork causing a one-month delay in my pay. They took their time to rectify the situation and each time I called to inquire about an update I was met with attitude from members in their office. Also, while working with this agency I experienced discrimination and harassment from their client. After receiving glowing remarks and letters of recommendation, I was publicly embarrassed by a member of the client's team when they disclosed my employment status with the organization. To add salt to my open wound, the team leader from the organization told me They want to ensure they are giving an FTE position because I deserve it and not because I was a black woman. I reported this incident to my recruiter from TEKSYSTEM and he didnt offer anything help. Instead, I was told if the position is challenging my mental health I should leave. I felt helpless during this situation and eventually reported it to the client's HR. As expected, HR did nothing. Just save yourself a headache and stay away.

Had Christian Cruz call me and offer me a WHP gave him everything he needed and I never got a call back. I tried calling him twice and he said he would call me back to fill me in and never did. What a joke

Horrible! They took my information so many times and I never got an interview.
The recruiters were asking questions that were irrelevant to the positions listed. Most of them clearly lack knowledge of IT support duties and the different levels of support!

Was hired for two different jobs and was relieved of my duties after working 70 hr weeks on a consistent basis because the client did not follow the current CDC guidelines. They do not go to bat for you under any circumstances. Was hired for a following position in basically another state in which I communicated if I did take the position will there be a WFH aspect seeing my commute was a minimum of 2 hours each way daily and was assured there would be. The client went back on its original offer stating they no longer wanted a WFH aspect and laid me off all within 3 weeks of starting and no one from TekSystems lifted a finger for me. Recruiters just plug in a body and walk away just waiting for their comp.
