Sherry: Delightful, accommodating, nurturing, informative - she makes you feel at home and safe.
Dr. Berdy: Super nice, a real professional but also easy to talk to, ask questions of, etc., he is careful with his work and communicative with the patient during his work and most importantly ... his work is outstanding. I told him what I wanted to do; he told me the best route to take; I followed his advice; and it really, really looks good. I'm going back for the next phase asap. I recommend this practice highly; very, very highly!

Dr. Berdy was is so helpful and never pressures me. Nobody is better than Dr. Berdy and the girls at SmoothMED! I had so many questions and was sort of new to the scene of Botox and CoolSculpting when I first came here. They made me feel so comfortable and I am a forever patient. This place really has the personal touch!

Was very disappointed with doctor. Staff was super sweet and nice however doctor was rude and short and bedside manner was poor. Had fillers and botox put in. Fillers were not smoothed out and I saw immediately and asked him to smooth it out his response was he is the doctor he knows better and to give it time. I left and called to return and was told I would have to pay again! I said absolutely not and dr called to say I didn't and to come in. I traveled all the way back only to be told that he didn't see what I was talking about so he was not going to do anything. I have been to many different spas and seen many different cosmetic drs over the last 10 yrs and will definitely not return to this guy. I think if I am paying you to do stuff to my face than listening to my input is a very key factor.
*****UPDATE/02/05/19.. ****DOCTOR RESPONDED TO MY NEGATIVE REVIEW. SAID I WENT AGAINST ADVICE AND GOT NEUROTOXINS.. UMM NO, IT WAS NOT AGAIN BUT ADVISED.. HENCE WHY I SAID I GOT BOTOX AND FILLER! ALSO IMPLIED MY REVIEW WAS POSSIBLY FINANCIALLY FUELED?? YEAH UM NO, I WAS DOING MY TAXES, AND BEING I AM AN ACTOR I HAD JUST RECEIVED THE COPY OF YOUR SERVICES. YOU CONTRADICT YOURSELF IN YOUR RESPONSE . WHEN YOU SAY I WENT AGAINST ADVICE..SO THEREFORE YOU ARE SAYING YOU DO THINGS YOU DONT ADVISE?? DO ANYTHING FOR MONEY ?I HAVE RECEIPT, YOU ADVISE AGAINST YOURSELF??
AND LETS BE REAL. YOU ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF WOMENS FACES. YOUR JOB IS TO APPEASE THEM AT ALL COST. I NEVER ONCE THREATENED A BAD REVIEW.. I HAVE A LOVELY APP ON MY PHONE THAT RECORDS ALL CONVERSATIONS.. AND THAN STORES THEM IN MY GOOGLE DRIVE.. WANNA ATTEMPT TO SAY I THREATENED YOU?? TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW?? BECAUSE I HAVE NO PROBLEM DROPBOXING THE PHONE CALLS. I NEVER SAY OR AM NEGATIVE. YOU GOT A BAD REVIEW BECAUSE YOU WERE NOT A PERSON I WILL EVER RECCOMEND. DONT RESPOND, JUST CHANGE HOW YOU REACT AND TREAT CLIENTS.
