      image Terrible construction noise every day. Going on for months now.

      image Do not move in here unless you want to be woken up by the constant sound of drilling and jackhammering. The building is doing city-mandated work - however, the work has been going on for more than a month and the noise is EXTREMELY audible. The schedule has been consistently delayed and there are no rent abatements available.
      The rest of the building (doormen, maintenance, quality of building) are wonderful. Unfortunately, if you move in, you would be paying expensive rent and dealing with constant construction noise.
