My car was so dirty from the snow. They came and parked right next to it and made it look brand new. Their mobile van is impressively equipped. The team was professional and spent a long time getting every detail. It’s amazing if they can come to a street parked vehicle, make sure you are in a spot with plenty of room for them. I’m a huge fan, thanks guys.

My BMW was in dire need of a detail, I work late so going to a shop to have my car detailed is next to impossible and who wants to take their car for a detail during the crazy weekend rush? Not I! So, I researched and found this mobile detail company and scheduled to have a deluxe wash and shine. I knew my car needed pet hair removal however, at the time you could not select to add that additional service when checking out on their website so, I was under the impression that I would be billed once serviced was rendered. On the contrary, my car was detailed beautifully but the pet hair was not removed. When I called to inquire why it was not done I was told that in order to get the pet service I would have had to book it as an add-on with my detail. When I explained that I tried to add the service however, you could not select it at check out they said they would come back in a few days to do the service. I left cash at home for them to be paid. When I returned home the service was beautifully done however, they did not take the payment. When I called and inquired about payment the gentleman told me they had done the pet hair detail FOR FREE! to make up for the confusion with booking. I say all of this to say this is an honest and exceptional company with reasonable prices and professional service. I will definitely be booking the again for my car details.
