HORRIBLE service!!!! Worst manager Ive ever met. Disgusting person defending his employees after taking advantage of an elderly woman who went to pay her phone bill.

I don't know if I should give them a star because they don't deserve it, my family and I had decided to switch to spectrum because we heard that they have good service, on March 11th( Monday), We made an agreement with spectrum and they told us that we would receive our phones at the latest 3 days at home, today I went to find out the tracking number and they had not even ordered them, I have my 17-year-old son and my 10-year-old daughter who arrived in this country on Saturday, and I trusted on them. Today, I went there and they said if I want the phone in the store I need to pay again, because the previous payment will be returned in 7 - 10 days. Do not trust on them if they said they will deliver the new phone in two days. If you make a contract with them, make sure you have your phones right there, because they waste your time and money.

Sometimes, it's too crowded to sit around and wait for an employee to assist! Spectrum constantly sneaks in an extra charge.. wifi, tax, etc etc. Their prices are too expensive. Competitors got great deals. Just saying
