The building is being renovated and I have lost all enjoyment living in my apartment. My apartment shakes on a daily basis because of construction on my floor and the noise is astronomically loud I cannot work or take calls. As a thank you to tenants for sticking through this renovation, the building increased rent 60%!!!!!! Elevators easily take 20 minutes to come and then when they do, you stop at almost every floor on the way to the lobby. Give yourself some peace and quiet and find another building to live. Management does not do anything about the complaints.

There are always issues with the elevators and sometimes you can wait 15-20 minutes for one to come. The building is undergoing a total renovation and the elevators take longer and the water is being shut off almost every other week. There is always something shut off or closed and will likely continue for awhile to come.

Wonderful Place to live. Moved in last November. The management is spectacular, apartment terrific, and the neighborhood. I couldn't be happier here and hope to be here for a long time.

This Concerto apartment is one of the worst apartments in Upper West side. The real tenants at this building are not giving good reviews at all. The building itself is old and not well maintained. When we had rain storm., rain came into the bed room and living room through A/C and floor. So we had to request to replace the damaged floor. The damage on my furniture and electronics is all my cost. A bathroom mirror was taken apart and fell down to the washbasin and the floor all of sudden while I brushed my teeth. Mirror was completely broken and almost cut my bare foot. We can even hear people's running blender while they are making their smoothie from right below floor. Walls are very thin, not soundproof at all. If you are not lucky to have good neighbors next your unit, the problem will not be fixed although you complain to the management.It ends up you being a bad complainer and you will get a bad reputation by management who will not solve any problems. So most tenants are talking about all of the problems in this building each other. This building is a total disaster. Elevators are always are problematic.Even in this pandemic, people are taking an elevator 5-6 people even though the maximum number is 4. This is not because tenants are not following the rule but because tenants do not want to wait elevator for more then 10-30 minutes. Tenants are taking risk without any options. I don't recommend you to move in this building unless you don't care about unsafe , uncomfortable, and unpleasant environment.
