I'm genuinely disappointed that Yelp doesn't allow for zero star ratings. If they did, this place would most definitely deserve it. When my daughter hadn't received the flowers I sent for her birthday by 5 PM, I made the mistake of trying to speak with the rude and aggressive manager of this establishment. After a 10 minute argument in which she insisted the flowers had been delivered, I realized that this conversation was going nowhere. When the flowers were finally delivered later, they were inadequate for a $20 bunch of flowers let alone the $190 charge I received on my card (despite only authorizing $150). Definitely buy flowers from Flowers on the Park if you want a horrible experience and a subpar bouquet.

The most beautiful flowers! Flowers on the Park is amazing to work with, they are so helpful and always go above and beyond! I order form them for every occasion and they never disappoint!

LOVE Flowers on the Park! They make the most beautiful floral arrangements and the service and staff is amazing. Highly recommend!
