The front desk lady was frantic and extremely mean to my 11 year old who simply wanted to ask a question about availability of a nail design. Made her cry., Very upset and dissapointed, it was my go to wax place, will take my business elsewhere.

Where's the 6th star? The best waxing experience every time, practically pain-free. Lana is an absolute professional when it comes to Brazilian waxing for men. I'm one of those people who doesnt like to chat at the salons, but visiting Lana is like catching up with an old friend. I found Dayana SPA through high ratings almost 6 months ago, and am so glad I gave it a go - could not recommend more highly. Must-go.
