Isaac was extremely helpful and personable during my visit to Bullion Trading in NYC. I was treated fairly and never felt like I was being taken advantage of, unlike interactions I have had with other precious metal dealers in the past. For the past few months I’ve been so excited about buying gold/silver. I did my own intensive research, and I finally decided to move forward. So, I called Bullion Trading to get further educated, and find out about their policies. After being on the phone with the associate for 4 min I can only find one word to describe their service, “TERRIBLE.” The associate was very rude and Impatient. Instead of educating me he hung up the phone. To all future buyers beware of dealers like this do your research and work with someone that understands customer service.
