The Bhatla Usab Team were a very valuable resource to us in preparing our home for sale.
They guided us through the process of identifying what should be repaired or replaced. They identified the necessary repairs for the house and insured the recommendations could be completed in a reasonable timeframe. Once we came up with the agreed upon list, they helped us select the materials and colors that would best sell our home.
The guidance really worked. We had four weeks to get the work done after we moved out. Within a few days of placing our home on the market we had multiple offers to choose from.

Harveen and Bill were incredible from beginning to end. They both listened, understood and took action to my needs not to mention, such a pleasure to work with! They are currently on the very top of my favorite people list. My teenage boy can be found on the way way bottom. He could take a few pointers from these folks in regards to respect, accountability and follow through. Selling a home is sometimes a largest transaction for a seller and the peace of mind is important
because the process can last months. Therefore, having an experienced realtor professional on your side
means a lot. It is not just the price (we sold our home far above the asking price and are incredibly
happy) alone that matters (even though Bill ensures that you will get a fair price at minimum) but also
how you do it. Their work was not only high quality, but they worked with amazing speed and worked
long hours.

Bill and Harveen are highly experienced, talented, and passionate about their work.
They have built a solid practice by pooling their resources and building a team. You are getting
two professionals for the price of one. Bill, a soft-spoken gentleman, has a degree from MIT and
brings engineering precision to every slide and computation that he does. Harveen has a degree
in humanities and her elegant taste in design and creativity come through every step of the way.
Their skills truly complement each other.
During the three-month period (from our first phone call to them to the closing), we were dealing with
one or the other but not at the same time. They do not overlap yet work seamlessly as a team.
Bill is particularly good with the data analysis, presentation, walking the customers through the
entire process of selling and holding their hands throughout the process.
Harveen is exceptionally good at understanding and meeting buyer and sellers needs and
desires. Her enhanced aesthetic sensibilities allow her to strike the matchmaking between buyer
and seller elegantly. Her commanding yet soothing voice goes a long way in negotiating the best
deal for her clients.
They are a true luxury realtor - and they understand this very well. Interacting with them at every
stage was educational and fun. They sell over 60 homes every year, so they know it all. We were
privileged to be recipients of their services.

You will not find real estate agents more dedicated to you than the team of Bill Usab and Harveen Bhatla. As long-time West Windsor residents, we knew of their strong reputation, but even so we can not say enough about the experience. From our first conversation through closing, they were superb. They were professional, insightful, responsive and very knowledgeable about every facet of listing our home. They listened, understood our needs and our listing goals. From hiring the best photographers TO always being available to exclusively show our home to every potential client and point out all the fabulous details TO providing potted trees and plants for our outdoor living area, when we couldnt find any because it was late in the season.......Bill and Harveen were exceptional throughout the whole process. It is hard sometimes to meet the expectations that come with a great reputation, but Bill and Harveen surely have . We would highly recommend this incredible team!

When we contacted the Bhatla-Usab group, from the start it was clear they had our best intentions in mind: they listened to what we wanted and really thought about our motivations when they made recommendations. An individual approach rather than a one-size-fits-all formula.
We worked specifically with Ellen Affel to buy our home in central NJ. Ellen was extremely responsive, patient with us as first time buyers, and gave us invaluable advice through every step of the process. I can say without question that we would not be in our dream home without her.
