Highly recommend going to the center and getting taxes done by Marcos. Hes incredibly knowledgeable and kind and thorough. This location is one of the H&R blocks that is open year-round, I was able to get the help I needed in a pinch I appreciate Marcos!

Had a horrible experience at H&R Block. I had an appointment at 2:30 pm. I showed up at 2:15 pm. I waited until a little past 3 pm just to be seen. After working with the tax professional until 4:15 pm, she told me that H&R Block's system was down so she could not submit my return and she had no idea when the system would be back up. So I left without my return being submitted. I called to follow up with her the next morning on whether the system had been fixed, and she said yes. I could not go back into the H&R Block office because I'm working (it's a Friday during business hours), so she said to approve my return online would cost me an additional $39. This is absolutely ridiculous, because I only had to approve it online because their system was down the day before while I was actually in the office! After asking her to waive that fee, she calls someone to get approval to waive the fee, and comes back and says the maximum discount she can give me is $29. So I still had to pay $10 on top of the $300 I owe to H&R Block for all the inconvenience that THEY caused. I will not be working with H&R Block again, and I do not recommend this location as they don't honor appointment times.
