Very nice hotel and well kept. My room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Although it's location is not conveniently within walking distance to other places there are local restaurants that do deliver. Very quiet at night and got a good night's rest. The wifi was service was good. Upset that the fitness center didn't have weights.

customer service terrible, they don"t know what they're doing
i did made a reservation for 7 nights for my gueses, when they arrived at the hotel on the second night the staff from front desk locked him and hes wife out! the staff has no comunication.
they called me at 1am to confirm my credit card number.
on the night before i did fill out and sign an autorization form.

This was the best American hotel I've ever stayed at. The bed was more comfortable than my own bed at home! I felt like I could sleep forever in that bed. The two types of pillows were perfect for both me and my spouse. I loved the style of the suite... the couch, coffee table/foot stool, very large desk, cooking area. The whole room was very welcoming and felt like a small apartment. I felt at ease and relaxed in the room. And I liked that the shower/toilet area was separate from the bathroom sink. And the price point was incredible for this quality of a room. Also, I used the "stay and park" special which was exceptionally reasonable. The shuttle was very convenient, and all the staff I encountered were very friendly and accommodating. I want to take another early morning flight out of EWR just so I can stay here again! I really loved my stay at the SpringHill Suites EWR!
