Had me waiting in the lobby long and unattended , also suppose to have the rental for 5 days called me back after the 1st day and told me come in to check out some more info about the cars insurance and when I got there told me I cant leave with the car leaving me in a bad situation because I was in the middle of doing things bad customer service
