Rooms are decent. Customer service very nice. Great location to get to Newark Airport.

Rooms are ok, small and dated, the towels are dirty, theres some stains and burnt hair, definitely worse than normal best western, not plus at all edit: omg the bed is dirty too!!!

Friendly staff. Room was clean but has some kind of cleaner smell that was a little overbearing. Nothing a little febreeze can't help. I had a spa tub in my room on the 5th floor that just makes a loud whirling noise the whole time its on. Disappointing.

This is close to the airport which is helpful but there are no stores or anything in the immediate area. They have a restaurant and bar that was nice. No room service though. The rooms are clean, was just expecting the jacuzzi tub to be a bit bigger, but it was still nice. Overall, I can recommend.

Reception staff is fine. Parking situation sucks. I think it originally was a one way deal before the United employees parking lot blocked the way out, so now you have to make a u-turn to exit. Heaven help you if there's incoming traffic and you have to try to squeeze by each other. I ended up losing my parking spot when I went out for food, but I just parked around the corner next to the hotel.
Speaking of food, I left to go to White Castle, just 7 min away because it was outside of DoorDash's delivery area?? That was disappointing. Also the hotel restaurant was closed around 11am when I checked out, so I couldn't get breakfast before my road trip. Oh well.
Location is great for going to concerts at nearby Prudential Center, but considering there are other options, I may opt for somewhere else next time.
Walkability: You can't walk anywhere, it's pretty much in the middle of a massive United employees parking lot.
