X-Dent is the third party company used by Kalidy Kia for auto hail repair (it's even listed on X-Dent's website that Kalidy Kia is one of their locations: "X-Dent Repair at Kalidy Kia"). But as far as what you need to know, they're unethical people doing business like you would expect unethical people to do, I guess... Of course I didn't know they were unethical to begin with.I purchased a used vehicle from Kalidy Kia with the understanding that the dents on said vehicle would be fixed (for a specific price; I have it in writing too). It's literally one of two reasons that I agreed to buy the vehicle. Kalidy Kia's managers told me it was an easy fix. They even bragged about how easy it would be for X-Dent to take care of it. On May 24th, I was asked by Richard H. at Kalidy Kia to bring my vehicle to the dealership so that X-Dent could get the work done. Not even half a day later, I get another call informing me that the X-Dent guys wouldn't get done that day, but that I'd be able to call and set up an appointment a week or so later. I get my vehicle back to find approximately 15 additional miles on the odometer than when I left it, and dirty fingerprints on the (inside) roof of my car. Since then, every attempt I've made to contact Kalidy Kia to get the dents repaired has resulted in a non-response. Kalidy Kia has completely ghosted me. So basically, one of the X-Dent dudes, supposedly a manager (according to Richard B. from Kalidy Kia when I last spoke with him on May 24th) seems to have said (or done) something that's resulted in Kalidy Kia refusing to talk to me now to schedule an appointment. So all I have to show for my efforts is a dirtier vehicle (that will now require detailing to clean it because my attempts have failed) than when I left it with them. Additionally, X-Dent has also been ignoring my attempts at reaching out to them. [] Summary [] X-Dent and Kalidy Kia have acted in bad faith through this whole experience. If they'll ghost me, who's to say they won't ghost you? Contracts don't seem to matter to them. For all people considering X-Dent for their auto hail repair needs: think twice.P. S. I'm really good about updating reviews if a business makes an effort to do some service recovery. So as long as you see this negative review here with no update, it just signifies that as of the day you're reading this, they (X-Dent and Kalidy Kia) still could not give a rat's hairy butt about holding to the very contract they had me sign. And do you really want to do business with someone that won't honor their contracts? Maybe have a lawyer on retainer if you still wanna play.
