Dakota was very helpful at the Main Street store in Norman Oklahoma. He was able to help me with my phone set up and was very patient. I would give him an A+ rating .

I recently started service with Verizon and I could not say more positive things about my experience in this store! Cody helped me to make sure I found the right phone to match all of my needs. He was very patient, listened to what I wanted/didn't want, and answered my 5000 questions to find a plan & phone to fit my needs and budget. Everyone in the store was very friendly & professional and made (for the first time in my life) a trip to the phone store a breeze. I would highly recommend this store!!
