The room-keeping service and kitchen staff had more hospitality than the front desk. They came across as bothered, bitter, and a tad contemptuous the majority of my stay there (most mundane interactions). Im not surprised at all that they wouldnt accommodate the young lady featured in that viral video. Perhaps, thats how they go about running their operations in general. It was quite the contrast from the next place I stayed at.
The rooms, however, were perfect. I did not have any of the issues read about in the other reviews. They were both clean and elegant.
Finally, they make a great breakfast.

It is a quiet place, there are no luxuries or anything like that.

The rooms were ok. They were a little strange in there configuration. They were pretty dated in the furnishings. We checked in on Saturday March 23 as we had an early morning flight and thought great they are a mile from the Airport and have a shuttle that starts early enough for our needs. I spoke with the GM Akash Chaudhari and he re assured me that when we returned on Thursday March 28th all we had to do was call and they would have a shuttle sent right over. We arrived and tried calling for 40 minutes and never once did anyone answer. We then called the customer service for the hotel and they attempted to call and couldnt get through either. We ended up having to take a taxi back to the hotel. Once at the hotel I walk in and ring the bell and the person working the desks attitude was like Oh Well youre here now. Very disappointing. Please dont waste your time or money on this place.
