PlumbSmith completed a plumbing rough-in for an additional half-bath in our new home. Todd and Taylor were on time and did a great job in a challenging crawlspace location. It looks fantastic! They accommodated an additional request for a drain cleanout while they were here. Their pricing is very fair, and we especially appreciated Todd's honesty in following up when he realized a piece of the bid hadn't been completed. We'd definitely recommend them and use them again.

We had a few plumbing issues that got worse over time. One issue was a pesky sewer odor that was difficult to diagnose. We had several plumbers fail to find the source. We called PlumbSmith for a smoke test estimate. During Todd’s visit he was honest and upfront, stating that a smoke test may not yield any answers. He left our house without securing a job for himself. Instead, he gave us some clues that helped guide us to find the source of the smell on our own. It ended up costing us a few dollars and a hole in the wall to patch. It was then, that it became obvious that he is in the business for the customer’s best interest
We knew who to call when we needed a plumber again, and again. Todd and his crew have fixed 2 other major plumbing issues for our house over the last 2 years. He was quick to respond, even on a Saturday when we had an urgent matter that we were unsure about, he came to the rescue. He was courteous of our schedule and always let us know his eta and when he was on his was over. He and his crew always cleaned up at the end of their job as if they were never there.
I just can’t say enough about how awesome and helpful PlumbSmith was, and at an affordable rate. It’s nice to have found a respectful, honest, experienced plumber that cares about his customers’ wallets, and who you can rely on and trust to do a good job.
