I have had them repair and clean my machines several times always excellent service and reliable they really do know what their doing would never take my bernina anywhere else. I give this business 10 stars and above.

This shop is the only one left in KC and they do not understand customer service or how to restore confidence in their repair work. I have had on going issues with a newer 710 machine. The blame is put on it being a computer, having electrical power issues, or user error. All of which might be a cause for issues but when the touch screen doesn't work, it isn't user error. Instead of explaining that they now have good tech people who can fix the problems, the issues are avoided and the potential cost is left unanswered. Very disappointed since I would like to support my local store but will go to Topeka for service now.
Their supply of feet was limited also. The annual sale of 25% off throughout December left them unprepared, so the foot I wanted wasn't available without special ordering plus shipping costs.

I am beyond thrilled with my Bernia 930 after you repaired and adjusted it. I bought it in the mid 80s when it was the newest version out. I was told by another repairman it was not fixable, so you can imagine delight at having it in better condition than it has been for years. Thank you for your curtiouss and professional service.
