My girlfriend and I came to stay at this hotel on the 19th of March. We paid 330 for two nights. Something came up and we werent able to stay the visit. We were told we would get a FULL refund in 3-5 business days. Its been 14 days. A day after being charged 330, we were charged 139! With no explanation! We went back to the hotel to get a face to face explanation and to see if we could resolve the issue. We were told they couldnt find the transaction in the system, and that there was no charge of 330 dollars. But we have proof that there was a transaction. Now we are being told by our bank that the charge is pending and the only way to get the money back is to either 1. The merchant approves the transaction to refund the money. Or 2. We wait 31 days to get the money back. We were promised a full refund 3-5 business days. Not a full charge amount of 469 with absolutely no refund. WE DIDNT EVEN STAY A SINGLE NIGHT.

LOVED IT! VERY CLEAN!
Let me start by saying that I know I am going to sound crazy about cleanliness, but...
At the start of the Pandemic, our household in Illinois had to fight off bedbugs (it took us almost a year to get rid of them for good, and we had to replace ALL of our furniture). Plus, my daughter and I got Long Covid during the Pandemic. So we have gotten very, VERY paranoid about cleanliness when we travel. We even flip the mattresses and check under those. (These were spotless and clean at this hotel.)
Despite our usual anxieties related to travel and germs/bugs, my whole family felt very, VERY safe, relaxed, and comfortable while here-- even my daughter who has OCD. She walked into the hotel wearing her mask, but left without it on.
The staff kept up the highest standards. We even saw them cleaning the A/C unit (way beyond just wiping off the top and knobs, they went down to Q-tip level of detail) and getting quite detailed while cleaning another room. I was VERY impressed.
Their breakfast bar is nice and has a lot of options. The bacon was not great and kind of rubbery, but that was my *only* complaint about both the food and my entire hotel stay.
The food staff went out of their way to help me make a pot of my favorite tea with the hottest water from the kitchen. The entire staff were always friendly, warm, and helpful.
I can not recommend them enough.
