The job (dead tree removal and some branch trimming) was done generally well and speedily, but once they leave, that's it. I agree with a previous reviewer; stand and watch every step of the way. Be sure to look at everything before they leave, because in spite of the fact I paid twice (yes, twice) as much as another service estimate (and that company had done good work in the past, but they were just taking too long to get to me this time), I made the mistake the next morning of asking Kramer's to come back to take the stump down a bit lower (at their convenience and I would have paid if not an outlandish amount, but the conversation never even got that far). They acted as if I were asking them to put an addition on my home for free. I finally said, "Just forget it." So, for that negative interaction, I will never have them here again no matter what I have to pay.
I also wonder why one of the owners (Tim Kramer) has reviewed his own company (five stars, naturally) below.
