If you are looking for help at this location remember the wise words of their manager Derek, This is a multi billion dollar corporation, it isnt about you or customer service. Needless to say Dereks calling is not customer service. Now for Verizons part, if you agree to pay a certain amount be prepared to have hidden fees and services added to your bill every month as the company does not care to adhere to their own pricing agreements. Remember its not about you, the customer, but those billions of dollars.

Verizon is the absolute worst cell phone carrier out of all of them, in regards to customer service and retention. I ordered phones to be delivered to the store within 2 days, and after 3 weeks they were still not there. I wasn't even able to cancel this order on my account until the order had been fulfilled and delivered, until I actually went into this store and sat down with a manager for 2 hours before somebody at corporate was finally able to cancel my order. Even though my order was completely canceled because they never gave me the devices I ordered, they still charged me activation fees and taxes, which took another 2 months and hours and hours of phone calls before they finally removed the charges. I've since left Verizon Wireless for AT&T and also canceled my Verizon Fios home service as well, so I will never have to deal with this horrible company ever again.
edit to respond to Verizon - you will never win me back. I refuse to ever give a company that is so inept at helping a customer SPEND MONEY my business ever again.
