THIS IS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! never order anything from this company but people please read the REAL reviews. It does not make sense for a company to have " 5 star reviews and a whole bunch of 1 star reviews as well". DRIVE BY THE BUILDING AND IT IS ABANDON. IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMED CALL THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT AND THE BETTER BUSSINESS BERU TO MAKE A COMPLAINT! LETS WORK TOGTHER TO GET THESE SCAM COMPANIES SHUT DOWN!!

Don't use this company. The person they sent was very condescending. They overpriced the job that they did for me without explanation, and someone working for them stole my credit card information. To add insult to injury, my bank reversed the claim that I made, giving them back the money that they stole from me, despite my having written proof that they did me wrong. They are thieves. I can prove it. And I'm not going to stop until I get my money back for good.
Added after response from Liberty Locksmith: Since you asked me so nicely, I will absolutely get the police involved if the bank doesn't return my money. Like I said, I have proof that it was YOUR company that stole from me. Now, YOU have a blessed day. Services: Security door locks, Installation

I called this business and told them the service I needed performed. I asked how much it would cost and was told it would be between $75 and $95. The lock I wanted removed was at my uncle's home so I called back the next day when I was actually at his home. I was told someone would be there in 45 minutes. To their credit, approximately 30 min later someone called and said he was 6 minutes away. After another 10 minutes he showed up. The locksmith came without a mask which bothered me, but by this time I had already waited for this company and did not want to call someone else. He cut the lock in ~5minutes and said that it would be $125. I told him I was told that it would be $75-$95 and he said "she didn't say that". I assured him that was what I was told and he said okay I'll just charge $120. A $5. discount on a $30-$50 mark up is not a discount at all! This was completely unprofessional and unethical behavior! I would not recommend this company at all! Service: Security door locks
