Fantastic experience! All the staff from the bartenders, the restaurant waiter we had Saturday morning, the front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Very convenient location with lots of things to do nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the area!

Perfect location! Right across the street from the Academy of the arts so we were able to take in a Broadway play. Shopping and restaurants are all close by. Getting an Uber took 2 to 3 minutes. The concierge staff were extremely helpful. We had a sweet and it was very clean and beautifully decorated. We very much enjoyed our stay!
Noteworthy details: There was a great shop and a coffee stop that are very conveniently located. You can walk just about anywhere from this hotel. Center city is pretty safe overall. The Concierge recommended that we Uber if we were going to be out after dark in the streets that were not Broad Street.

This hotel is in the theater district and is quite busy. Not NYC busy, but busy. The hotel staff at check-in were not personable at all. The bar staff was definitely more personable. The rooms are fine, bed is comfortable. The bathroom needs a MAJOR update and deep cleaning to get rid of the black mold!!!! We had a nice room on the 23rd floor, but the tub/shower small bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. Walls are thin and you can hear tvs... from other rooms.
