Quality of service to tenants is declining steadily and sharply ever since this property was sold to a new owner/manager in March 2021. Unprofessional and unresponsive to current tenants issues; only care about curb appeal and signing new leases. Beware and look elsewhere.

Calling for in apartment repairs which has not been fixed yet. Left multiple messages and nothing. This place is the worst. They're under new management and its worse than it was before. At least the old management answered when repairs was needed.
No not believe the people claiming this is a great place bc its not.
Theres a huge mouse infestation and bed bugs.
Go somewhere else.
This place is horrible!

I lived in Evergreen Manor for 3 years. At first, I enjoyed my apartment, area, and the complex. I moved out in December 2019 due to a severe mice infestation in my apartment. Rosella in leasing is a POOR representation of this company. I contacted her via email about the mice infestation and to notify her that there was mice droppings all throughout my apartment and even on my son's bed. I've notified her and maintenance several times about the issue. She was very nonchalant about the situation and told me to make sure that I had renter's insurance. My renter's insurance company denied my claim. I had to throw away clothes, shoes, pocketbooks, my son's mattress, and food. I was out HUNDREDS of dollars. I asked Rosella to have her superiors contact me about the mice infestation and me having to get rid of so much personal property. She said that she would, and I NEVER heard from anyone. This company took $80 out of my security deposit for unpaid rent, knowing that I'd ask for a follow up because I should not have had to pay ANYTHING for a problem I told them about for at least 6 months. I wasted so much money on an issue that I continuously told Rosella and maintenance about.
