The front desk women with heavy accent, was extremely rude. No accomodations, no customer service skills. And she laughed with a co worker in my face. This is the second time Ive stayed here and will more than most likely be my last. And
Its my birthday . She would know if she asked basic questions instead of trying to make me
Go away.

Warning this hotel will take your reservation and let you check in via app but when you arrive they say theres no rooms to bad, still have the nerve to charge your card. Then its an argument to get it removed all the while giving you and attitude. Lady at the desk refused to let us speak with a manager. Flights get delayed all the time. I travel for business a lot over 100 nights a year in hotels delays happen yet this hotel uses that to its advantage its disgusting, this has happened a few times already at this hotel. Never hunger our business again and I might just stop using Hilton due to this, I manage a team of 30 that all spend 100s of nights at Hilton.

I hope this message reaches you promptly. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the conditions of my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the state of the room and amenities provided fell well below acceptable standards, greatly impacting my experience.Firstly, upon entering the room, I was dismayed to find the furniture in a state of disrepair. The condition of the sofa was appalling, with visible stains and signs of wear and tear. Additionally, the microwave provided in the room was non-functional, rendering it unusable for my needs. Moreover, the refrigerator failed to operate properly, failing to adequately chill any of the items placed in there. As a paying guest, I expected a level of service and accommodation commensurate with the standards set forth by your establishment. Regrettably, my experience fell far short of this expectation, leaving me deeply disappointed.I urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues and ensure that future guests do not encounter similar inconveniences.

We didn't get our wakeup call on outgoing trip and almost missed our flight. Coming back after midnight I called for the shuttle back to embassy suites which never came and we paid $50 for an Uber. Food service during the happy hour on our departure visit was chaotic due to the cook arriving late and limited staff. While I don't expect much from a breakfast buffet, the cold,dry scrambled eggs had me skip breakfast. Not a great trip to be a Hilton honors member.
