      image Tax PRO? I think not. I have come to the conclusion that they are nothing more than glorified data entry personnel. I needed help with a special form and not only did they not know how to do it but would not research and find out, telling me to call around to find someone. For the fees charged you should be giving exceptional service. I will NEVER use any H&R service again.
