To have a mechanic you can trust to do the right thing, competently, and in the most economic way possible takes a great deal of stress out of life. We called Blaise 3 times over the course of 4 days to schedule an appointment and our calls were never returned. Blaise did respond here to let us know why he had not returned our calls. I appreciate his reaching out and hope we can do business with him in the future.

EXTREMELY complicated repair with computer/module components that involved heavy diagnostics on our Mercedes SUV no longer under warranty. Prime Mercedes was on the take and was trying to charge close to $3k just for the initial diagnostics, which would have been the wrong issue anyway! We could have been close to $5k for this one repair. We took a chance and called Blaise. He took so much time listening and really was invested in investigating and determining the real issue. Then the repair was done very quickly! He literally saved us thousands of dollars. This was this past June and it's been perfect since! 100% coming back here for any other issues! Our other Mercedes that's still under warrantee, we're kind of stuck with Prime, but beware if you're paying out of pocket. For any European car, instead I'd call this European car genius! :) Service: Electrical repair
