I am just moving in but the apartment was immaculate, the leasing office friendly and helpful, and so far everything has been smooth sailing.
I now have lived her 2 1/2 years and absolutely love it. Could not improve on the view and convenience. It is an old building but very amenable to making it your own with a little creativity. Neighbors are great. Office Staff is great. Maintenance is great - very responsive and efficient and quick. I plan on living here for a long time!!!

Lied about occupancy limit and had us scedual a viewing for us to get there and be denied. Waisting our time and gas. 4 people for a 2 bedroom is a necessity in this market because of the terrible housing market.

i have had horrid apartment living experiences before living here, but this complex has completely changed my mind. the apartments are really nice for how old they are, the upkeep is very good. the kitchen is tiny but for the price and location, its not an issue. maintenance is great and very helpful. everyone minds their own business. ive been here about three months and i love it. going to ask for a longer lease soon :) thanks for the wonderful apartment experience princeton!
