This review is a little past due but much deserved. My significant other and I have been tenants for about 2 years with Cambridge and seriously I have nothing but good things to say about our time living here. The 1 bedroom apartment was the perfect size for us as a couple to really start our lives together. I give all the credit to Olivia the property manager, she has worked with us in SO many ways with such grace and kindness, I genuinely dont think we wouldve had such a great experience if it wasnt for her. I would recommend Cambridge to any couple looking to get their own space or even as an individual here. We are no longer tenants due to moving into a house but if that wasnt the case we would still be here! It shows that Olivia cares so much about the tenants /property and again without her I doubt this complex would thrive as much as it does. Thank you Olivia!!

11/10 would recommend this complex to anyone. It's privately managed and is done so with great professionalism and incredible response times. The office staff is so friendly and ready to answer any questions you might have. I've never signed such a fair minded lease in Provo; no hidden fees or trickery here. The most I've ever paid a month in utilities was $72 because we ran the AC all day every day during the summer. Maintenance is swift to respond to any concerns you may encounter, and the location couldn't be more ideal for students of both BYU and UVU.
