We were having trouble re-lighting a pilot in a rental unit water heater that he had recently installed. The owner (Glenn) was incredibly responsive and professional. He responded that he was not too far away and was able to come by within minutes. His quick response and high measure of professionalism not only resolved the issue, but made two of our excellent renters extremely happy and impressed with his outstanding service. Highly recommend! Glen has used his plumbing expertise to resolve all of our plumbing issues for the past 20 plus years. We've had it all and he has done it all from toilet replacement, leaky faucets, water heater replacement, furnace replacement, air conditioner installation, garbage disposal replacement and running water lines in an unfinished basement bathroom. He's knowledgeable, friendly, shows up when he says he will be there and he charges a fair price. Wouldn't have any other plumber. Totally satisfied with his work!

I had an emergency leak and Glen was able to come the same day to help us. He is knowledgeable and took the time to teach us what was going on. I love that he is a small business, so he knows us by name. I will definitely use him again if/when needed!
