image If you've signed a contract here, I'm sorry! Literally leave if you still can! I had multiple issues with management and roommates and overall way overpriced! You can find better! Don't be fooled by there Instagram, it's not all sunshine and rainbows

image Raintree is a pretty okay place all around to live. But not a big fan of all the extra fees that were added on to my monthly rent that were hidden in the lease. I thought that I was paying for $425 a month but paid at least $515 a month. You can get ALOT better for the price you will pay here, somewhere else. I suggest you look for a different place to live if you want to be spending around $515 for rent.

image While I did have some positive experiences at Raintree, I am very ready to move out.
When I signed my contract and walked through the model I was under the impression that all of the apartments were remodeled and nice like the model. However, after seeing my apartment and then experiencing a friends apartment, it was clear I was not lucky enough to have one fully renovated. Three months into living there our showers got torn out. Luckily the process was quick, but this caused dust to get all over our apartment because the insides of the walls were filthy. It also left us with 1 bathroom for 6 girls for almost a week (definitely not ideal). I definitely felt like I had been given wrong impressions.
Likewise, my maintenance requests took a very very long time to be fulfilled. I had to send numerous emails after my original maintenance request to get a leak in our bathroom fixed as well as a part of my closet that broke fixed.
There was also that time when the routers got taken out and we were required to buy our own. While I understand that this is pretty standard in other apartment complexes, the timing was extremely poor as it was nearing finals time in a semester.
The social scene there is fun and theres a lot of great people there to meet. However there are a lot of additional fees added on and for the price you pay there are better places out there for the same price.
I think Raintree has lots of potential and room to grow.

image My name is Tanner Condie and I travel the valley to find the best hot tubs in the area. This one has a special place in my heart as I have so many friends that live here.
I frequent this hot tub and though it is far from the best Ive been to, I have the most memories here. At my most recent time here, I played many fun pool games in this hot tube. There was an annoying girl who tried to fight me by hitting me with a pool noodle so I hit her back and put an end to that.
Later i took the pool noodles and filled them with water and had people next to me play a game where we each blowed into opposite ends of the noodle to see who blows the hardest. The looser chokes on a bunch of chlorinated water and possible gets mono.
Im biased so I give this hot tub an 8.3/10 but for a normal hot tub hopper I would give it an overall rating of: 7.0/10
