I have absolutely loved my experience at Koko Rapid City the last 3 weeks. Amanda, William and Melissa are all such great people! They are full of knowledge and passion for everyone who enters their gym and they will be your biggest cheerleaders!!
I have always been someone who is intimated by weight lifting and going to a large gym full of so many different machines. At Koko they work with you one on one and help you perfect formation and learn the different exercises before letting you go on your own. It is also great that one machine does the work that you need. The best part is literally no one is watching you while you work out and no one waiting for your machine!!
I just cant say enough about this business and it's owners. If you're willing to do the work, you will definitely find the worth!
