I had an amazing experience buying my house with Raquel. I had multiple areas of town I was interested in and was tempted to jump into some terrible properties, but with Raquels true care for me as a client, she wouldn't let me. Im forever greatful for that. The house we bought, I had disregarded from my zillow search but she talked me into looking at it and we fell in love. As a first time buyer, the process was overwhelming and she held my hand through the entire process and kept my sanity level at bay. Thank you so much Raquel! I couldnt give a higher recommendation!

I cannot express how pleased I was, working with Raquel. She somehow managed to keep my sanity through a very overwhelming process of first time home buying. Thanks to her I didn't end up walking myself into a home that would have been all wrong and ended up with a house we love. She had great advice and enthusiasm and I couldn't be happier with Raquel. Thanks Raquel! I love my new house!

I got a call at 11:30pm right as I was going to bed that my mother was being flown in to Salt Lake City on an emergency flight for brain surgery. I was up all night, sad, scared, tired. The doctor told us that she would not be able to return to Reno, that she needed to live where she could have help in her day to day life. Devastated and exhausted, we called the first number that we found online. I can't find the words to accurately to describe what Irene did for my mother and I. She handled the sale completely for us (we were out of state). She understood the urgency of our situation without much explanation from us. She helped us arrange everything. She was so gentle, patient, and understanding with my mom, who had had her life turned upside down overnight. Thank you Irene for your tireless work, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and especially for standing up for us when we were being taken advantage of. I cannot recommend Home NV enough. These ladies will change your view of selling a home.
