      image I made an appointment for 8am and my car was not pulled in until after 10am. No explanation or apology for my wasted time. The work took 2 hours which I didn't have an issue with, it was just the 2 hour wait before they even started the work. I did not leave the shop until after 2pm. Disappointing.
