I wish I had better things to say about this place. I booked a room very last minute for a one night stay as I was traveling to the area but had to come a night early. Couldnt extend my reservation at the Comfort Inn by one night so I came here. Arrived at 11:00 PM and the woman at the front desk was definitely on something. Went to check in and was only asked for a name. No ID, no CC. I couldve walked up and said a first name and more than likely got a free room for the night with their verification procedurebasically non existent. Room was really filthy. Ive stayed in a lot of budget hotels and have to admit this was by far the dirtiest I have ever been in. Bathroom had bubbling in the ceiling and what looked like wet stains that ran down the walls. Shower head couldnt be adjusted because it felt like it was gonna break off the pipe as it wasnt secured to the wall just hanging free out of a hole in the drywall. The breakfast in all honesty was completely fine and much appreciated, but the rest of the experience here was really awful and I would never come back due to the cleanliness just not being even average.
Rooms: Dirty, dated
Noteworthy details: They ran out of parking in the lot so we had to park in the grass for the night we stayed.

Our stay at the BW was really nice and relaxing. We found ourselves hanging out in the common room and just enjoying the atmosphere. We also enjoyed our room and all it offered for the family. Thank you We will be back.

This hotel and its staff were amazing to say the very least. The General Manager Lisa not only went above and beyond in her role, but her and her staff created a warm and welcoming environment for everyone. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel! Book a room here if you want a great experience in Vermont. We will definitely being staying here again soon. :)
