Losing a parent and having to sell your childhood home is full of hurdles and emotions, thankfully Rob and Laurie were able to help. The home has good bones, great location, but it was 30 years old with no major updates. Wren Realty provided a fair cash offer, as-is condition with no inspections necessary and they were flexible and quick with closing. They didn't even require the contents of the home to be cleaned out! I feel most importantly though, Rob and Laurie understood the difficult time I was going through, understood the emotions tied to selling a home that I grew up in, and the way they carried themselves was a class act. At no point did I feel that this was just another transaction for Wren Realty. Really appreciate all that they have done, how helpful and kind they have been and I cannot wait to see the home after the renovation is complete.

Considering my situation with loosing a family member and finding myself in possession of a completely outdated home with a lot “junk†left in it to sell, they made the process so incredibly easy and fast that I would recommend Wren Realty Inc. to anyone I know. They even purchased the home with everything we left in it lifting the burden of disposing. I wish I would have contacted them much much sooner!!!!

In this age of complicated closings and having to constantly renegotiate issues with inspections, our family was blessed to have Wren Realty buy our parents house. After the loss of a family member, we were overwhelmed with the many things that have to be dealt with including selling our beloved family home. Wren Realty came in and worked with us to negotiate a fair acceptable price and made it clear from the beginning there would be no complications or problems from their side with the sale. The house was in good shape, but it was over 23 years old and they bought the home as is. They could not have made it easier for us. They were very flexible with closing. They literally told us not to worry about anything we left in the house as they would handle it. Honestly, they were nothing but accommodating throughout the entire process! This was a real blessing for our family during a difficult time. They could not have been kinder or more helpful. Thank you!

I also purchased a home from Wren Realty and their rehab company Lanpar Corp and had a horrible experience. As a first time home buyer I was completely taken advantage of. He covered up rotten wood with a "new" gutter that was attached incorrectly. The gutter was screwed on top of the flashing, when it was supposed to be under. After the first heavy downpour, the gutter and flashing pulled away from the home exposing the rotted wood all around the house. He claimed the home was getting a new furnace and air conditioner, only later to find out it was "new" to that home, not from a manufacturer. After the first time turning on the furnace to find water all over the basement floor because it was was installed incorrectly. The only good thing I can say about them is they taught me to do my homework more carefully before making a large purchase. The best advise I can give is "buyer beware!" - In his response he claims he has no idea who I was. So let me give you more information, the address was on Kaywin Court in Chesterfield in 2002. Now you know who I am...Again, I blame myself. BUYER BEWARE!
