the older clerks here are just plain unhappy and unapproachable, they just put out such an unhappy vibe and are always putting out a behavior of annoyance or irritated behavior. they never smile, always have such a shrewd, stern and bitter look, never ever have i gotten a happy greeting from the clerks here gosh, are they that unhappy? a few times ive gotten stares as if im going to steal something, ive wondered is it because of my race or how im dressed in my work out outfit? its happened more than twice so this isnt just a one time event. if i can give no star for customer service i would. i fear going to this store but have no other options since STL has no other jcrew nearby. the other reviews regarding their clerks and customer service are right, and its VERY true! it is better to order online and avoid having your day ruined by these clerks, shopping is supposed to be fun and bring happiness but these clerks surely take that spirit away.
