I stayed at the aviator hotel April 4-7th. The rooms were ok and the service was good. I was upset, however when I booked the room online, I registered to best Western and was told in doing so that if I paid for two nights, I wouldve receive a third night free which I did not. Also, there was a bar that was advertised online and was told upon arrival that they did not have a liquor license, so the bar was not open. There was also a pool advertise that was closed until further notice.
Rooms: Room was clean.

We picked this hotel specifically because of the listed and pictured pool for our kids which has apparently been inoperable/closed for an extended time. Dishonest at best, fraud at worst. Otherwise our stay was uneventful and we slept well. This place is showing its age despite a facelift. Peeling wallpaper and a pretty rough elevator. Still reasonably clean though.

We were very disappointed when we arrived. At time of booking we made the decision to stay there due to the fact there was an indoor pool for the kids , a bar for the adults, and a restaurant for the family, but after arriving we learned the pool was closed, the bar didnt even have a liquor license and was told the restaurant had a limited supply of food. None of this was even remotely mentioned at time of booking the rooms 3 days before. Now lets get to the Room we had king room we do have a large family. 14 in all No where near what we booked only had I king bed 1 queen bed no pull out bed . The mini fridge did not work . And the smell in the room was as if there was rotting food somewhere . The other 4 room around us had the same smell. As heard by other guest.but with all do respect we will no longer be staying there. Nor will any of my family, friends or business associates. The thing is there was 6 more people with 3 room that left with us at the same time.
