This place is a good apartment with good management. However, you be prepared for 1) your car to be broken into regardless of parking situation and 2) homeless people will come into apartment and sleep in the building.

We value your feedback and always strive to make your living experience safe and enjoyable.Regarding incidents involving vehicles, the Piazza has increased our security measures, which seems to have addressed that issue. We do recommend that all residents act with safety and security in mind, removing valuables and locking vehicles when unattended.We are also adding an additional door mechanism to help prevent non-residents from entering the community. We ask that our residents report unauthorized entries or potentially dangerous situations to the authorities when they are happening, especially when it is outside of office hours.Again, we are appreciative of your feedback, and we're glad that you enjoy living here with us. My family and I did just a tour with Dena of this location. The spaces and amenities were great. It's definitely a great spot for families and folks with pets. The area surrounding the property is great. The star of the tour was truly Dena. When you're looking for a new place to call home, you want to make sure that you're home can truly be managed well and taken care of. In addition to Dena's caring and welcoming energy, it's clear that she gets the job done. Highly recommend you consider making The Piazza on West Pine your home.

Took a tour of the apartments from Dena the property manager. She was super sweet and personable, which made the tour really enjoyable. I enjoyed seeing how well she knew some of the families. The apartments themselves offer a good amount of amenities and had a great family friendly environment. The apartments are spacious and updated. If you are looking for an apartment look no further this is a great spot.

Absolutely loved touring this property. The amenities look great, taken care of, and seem to encourage residents to meet each other. The property is pet friendly and the area is beautiful. The highlight of the property is the management. Dena did a phenomenal job of showing us the property and welcoming us to the city. We've toured a few places in STL and the vibe with her was phenomenal. It showed us that residents are taken of here and we can't wait to apply!
