I wanted to leave a review because after I sold my ring on HYSTR, I started looking at reviews and the lack of reviews made me worried. I sold a very high-end wedding set with HYSTR. The process was scary at first, but when I reached out they were quick to call and respond. Leslie was amazing with follow-up and follow through. The customer service was great. Right when I started to worry that it was taking longer than I wanted for them to respond via email, she seemed to call. They were in the middle of an office move/renovation when I sold my ring and things were hectic, but the communication was still amazing. I can only imagine it being better when things are not out of place. This was a big move for me and I am grateful that Leslie was so responsive and service oriented. It could have been scary and frustrating, but once I spoke to her, I knew I had nothing to worry about. Thank you!

We loved Diana, the team and of course the ring we chose. She has the best prices in all of diamond district and has an amazing selection of gems. Found her after multiple bad experiences with other jewelers - was a breath of fresh air. Will come back for future jewelry purchases!

If you are thinking about selling your ring, look no further! It is not easy trying to sell an engagement ring, you know you are taking a loss on the price and many reselling platforms are not reliable. I tried to relist on eBay, it turns out that their shipping is not insured, it turned out that, none of the shipping services will insure jewelry. I tried to list on I DO NOW I DON'T, but could not get a hold any person on the phone, and many sellers have complained online that they have been ghosted by the company and never received their checks and now they have also lost their ring, so I got scared and took my ring off of their website...I stumbled upon HYSTR, and I could not be happier with the process. When you call, a real person answers the phone. They send you insured pre-paid shipping label for you to ship the ring, and they ship the ring to the buyer, so you don't have to worry about shipping. I also got my check in 2 weeks! BTW, they charge a very reasonable commision! I am very happy with how smooth the process went, highly recommend!
