One of the worst experiences I have ever had. After not disclosing the price when I set the appointment, they overcharged me coincidentally to get it above my insurance deductible. Then I went online and paid for it without insurance using a $40 discount code. Got confirmation of the appt. But, they show up and demand that I pay the $40. I called them twice after this happened, was put on hold or half an hour each time. Stay away from the South County office. Scammers.

We are retired at the Lake of the Ozarks, but my wife had the windshield in her 2015 Buick Enclave replaced while she was visiting friends in St Louis. Safelite was very professional and prompt, giving us constant updates on progress. I wasn't there, but my wife was very complimentary of the technician as well.
