Visited this store, 30 min. ago and NOBODY but the staff was there(6 of us in total). Our state mandates that if there are 10 or fewer people occupying a location and social distancing is possible to do so. I politely told the manager we would prefer to respect our distance. He refused and began to become defensive and demanded that I put one of his masks on. My husband and I purchased our own mask that covered our entire face and proceeded to put them on and he was not content with that-HE DENIED US ENTRY WITH A MASK!!! Horrible manners, I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for over 10 years and this is an outrage!! because he did not approve of the mask he told us to leave -He should be fired!!!

I had an amazing experience at this store. The first time in a long time I've had such great customer service from a phone dealer. Justin Richards did an amazing job! Very polite, not pushing, and understanding. Highly recommend going to Justin if you can! He definitely deserves a raise for sure. Thanks again!
