Sean and Jake are awesome at that T-Mobile Store. They both have helped family and me at different times. They are professional and patient. They do a great job describing service plan features, special deals, and different device functions and capabilities.

Went to T-Mobil and was greeted by Sean. We changed service to T-Mobil and got the IPhone SE. Sean was amazing in helping us with phones, setting up service and phones. This is the best service we’ve ever had!! Thank you Sean for the outstanding service you gave us!’

I was worried because I had lost at least 2 or more years of pictures and albums and was to the point of tears. Some of these albums covered births, birthdays, family moments and vacations! I went into T-Mobile and Jake listened to me and asked if he could see my phone. How he did it I do not know, but in minutes he found my pictures! They were no longer in their album form but they were together so I could build the albums again! I love T-Mobile and love these young men who work for them, and know how to fix errors from customers like me! T-Mobile, you're the BEST!!!!
