Salt Lake Plaza hotel is actually a really great nice convenient downtown stay
The staff is really amazing. Just work with them. They can move you to rooms if theres a problem with your stay refunding the money just be patient and this staff initially will get things done for you and right off anybody that reads us know that they do not serve a continental breakfast. It is not free
they have a To buy menu breakfast -Breakfast burritos ,donuts other convenient to go items they have ongoing coffee thats for free.
Ive stayed here many times & as a local
I guarantee they will take care of you

Rooms: Really nice nice comfortable beds clean sheets. They were provide them for you. Any toiletries if theres anything that needs to be serviced in the room just let the staff now.

Left behind a bag with about 300 dollars of equipment in it. They acknowledge they have it, but after 9 days of calling every day and providing credit card info to pay for shipping (twice), I cant get them to actually ship it for me. I'm so tired of begging. Sheila is the manager that is supposed to be responsible for shipping it back, and is impossible to reach and makes promises she doesn't keep. Im done with Beat Western.
Update - we did receive our bag after 16 days!

This is a good hotel next to the convention center and all of downtown. Next to a nice shopping mall too. Not the fanciest. Does not have free breakfast .

Reserved a queen size bed. The bed was more a full/double size. Our hotel size pillows filled it from side to side with just 2 pillows across. Very non restful night sleep bumping into my partner all night if we moved more than 3 inches.
