image Avoid this hotel at all cost. Horrible experience. The air was out for days and my room was 86 degrees. The shower didn't work and I finally checked out and went to another hotel. This hotel is falling apart. Do yourself a favor. Don't book here. Just don't.

We did have a frustrating situation happen with our AC system going down. We worked to get it up and running just as soon as we could. Regretfully it did take a couple of days. The pleasant words that you decided to broadcast directly at our team was heard during your time here. Regretfully, they were not at fault for the challenges that you faced. image We have stayed here on numerous occasion's. The location of the hotel is what appeals to us the most. This time we were helped by a gentleman named Riki at the front desk. He was the best! He checked us in super quick but did not miss anything. Riki is very engaging and really cares about the service he is providing. Great Job, Riki, and thank you very much.

image This location is in a convenient location. Its close to all types of fun tourist things to do. Nothing is more than a few miles away. Having said that this hotel charges so many hidden fees that what was supposed to cost only 331 ended up costing me like 400+ dollars. The room was so humid and took forever to cool down. The furniture in the bathroom was falling apart. I went to grab a towel from the shelf and it fell. When I investigated it, it was held up by a black hair pin???? Like what the hell? Well I stayed till Tuesday and on Tuesday when I went to check out at 10am I had already been checked out and the front desk woman was like eh I guess youre all checked out. Someone checked me out at 6am. Room service had tried to get in at 7 and I was like no my check out is noonso they obviously dont check who gets checked in or out. A huge over sight. If I incur anymore fees because of this error Sheraton will hear from me. I would never stay here. Pay more, stay at an air b n b. Sheraton is outdated, busted, and the sheets are dirty. They charge for parkingin a hotel you are paying to stay at. Wow.
